TORONTO, Dec. 15, 2022: Partners In Art (PIA) is proud to announce a new, one-time funding opportunity for 2023-2024.
PIA’s “2023-2024 Special Project” will offer one grant of $100,000-$150,000 for a visual arts project originating in the GTA and taking place in 2023-2024. Through this project support, PIA aims to enrich Toronto’s arts community in a meaningful, innovative, and impactful way.
Please note this Special Project only funds arts organizations that have a Canadian charitable number or are partnered with a visual arts organization that can provide their Canadian charitable number.
We will be accepting applications from Jan. 15 until Feb. 28, 2023. The application form and budget can be downloaded below. Adjudication results are anticipated for late spring.
With this project, important consideration will be given to partners new to PIA, BIPOC, and other underrepresented groups in the cultural sector in hopes of furthering PIA’s equity and inclusion initiatives.
